About SilentCanvas

Built for creators who would rather ship than perform.

SilentCanvas turns a one-paragraph brief into a channel-ready render — narration, voice, stock, captions, and a signed download URL — without asking you to step in front of a camera. A faceless channel is a production channel; the tool should match.

Who this is for

Three kinds of creator, one pipeline.

SilentCanvas isn't pitched at everyone — it's a fit for a specific shape of creator. If any of these sound like you, the pages that follow make the rest of the case.

Hands-off operators
You want YouTube to be a channel, not a persona.
You're comfortable writing a brief, hitting publish, and shipping the next one this week — without lighting a ring light. SilentCanvas writes the narration, voices it, finds stock that matches, and hands you a render so faceless means hands-off, not lower-effort.
Writers and editors
You've got scripts. You've got raw cuts. You're missing the bridge.
If you've already drafted topics or shot B-roll on your phone, SilentCanvas is the render pipeline you wished you had — narration polish to broadcast-quality voiceover, auto-captioned mp4, and a thumbnail in the same workflow. Plug in your assets, queue a render, ship it.
Studio owners
You're producing more than one channel and want one queue, not six.
A single SilentCanvas account already speaks of a portfolio — every channel is its own render queue, its own keyword stream, its own thumbnail bank. Cross-channel learnings compound without every channel moving in lockstep. The Studio you queue today already groups renders into channels; the path from one to several is the same workflow.
The pipeline

From a paragraph to a published render.

Three stages, each durably recorded on a status row. Every step either ships or falls back to a retryable error — never a stuck spinner.

  1. Script
    Narration rewrite and keyword extraction
You hand us a draft — a topic, a brief, a one-paragraph pitch. We re-write it as a spoken narration tuned to your channel's voice, then extract the keywords that will pull the visuals. One script in, one polished narration and a keyword stream out.
  2. Render
Voiceover, music, stock, and a captioned mp4
We synthesize the voiceover, master the audio to broadcast loudness, layer an unobtrusive music bed, fetch stock clips (about six seconds each) ordered by those same keywords, pick a thumbnail still, and stitch the result with burned-in captions — an mp4 you can review without re-cutting a frame.
  3. Publish
Status row, signed download URL, email when it lands
The render uploads to durable object storage and we persist the row with a signed read URL, a thumbnail, and every keyword in one place. You get an email when it lands, a one-click retry if anything fails, and the source files stay available for at least thirty days so a midnight failure looks like a slightly delayed upload, not a missed episode.

On any failure, the row flips to failed with the vendor status code in the reason. Alerts hit your inbox, your render quota isn't debited twice, and the source files stay in storage for at least thirty days — so you can re-render manually if a vendor outage outlasts the automated retry.

The long view

Many channels. One studio.

One device-scoped SilentCanvas account already manages a portfolio of channels — everything SilentCanvas renders, grouped by the channel it belongs to, with the most recent uploads shelved up top.

Channels without lockstep.

Each channel keeps its own script tone, its own keyword stream, its own thumbnail bank. Cross-channel insights compound without every channel having to move on the same schedule — a finance channel can publish twice a week while a true-crime channel ships daily, and neither one constrains the other.

The Studio you queue today already groups renders into channels; the path from one channel to a portfolio of them is the same workflow, not a different product. We deliberately don't promise an automated multi-channel publisher that would force every render to share a single cadence — a portfolio earns its scale by staying independent.

What ships today
A single render, not a roll-out.
Each channel ships one render at a time. The same script-and-render workflow works whether you're publishing one channel a week or four channels a day — the product is the same product; only the queue gets longer.
